UAP Awarded $6.35M in funding!

UAP has been awarded two prestigious grants from the US Department of Education, totaling in $6.35M in funding.  The grants will be supporting two UAP programs: Everyday Arts for Special Education (EASE) and School of Interactive Arts (SIA).

EASE received a $2.35M Assistance for Arts Education Development and Dissemination grant, which will be used to launch EASE Next. EASE Next will serve students with disabilities in general education schools, with a goal of allowing these students to thrive in a general education setting. We are thrilled to be able to expand the important work that EASE does.

SIA received a $4M Education Innovation Research Grant to further develop the program over the next five years. The grant will also help develop The Ghost School, an online learning platform that will allow students and teachers to access SIA courses online. This grant will also help UAP expand its reach.
